12Days in Nile Cruise , Giza Pyramids and Red Sea Holiday

Take the chance and visit Egypt for 12 days and 11 nights. This tour includes visits to the main tourist attractions in Cairo and Giza. Then embark a Nile Cruise Ship before spending a nice holiday in Hurghada at the Red Sea.



Day 01:

 Arrival Cairo Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, you will be met by our representative who will assist you through formalities. Then you will be transferred in an A/C van to your hotel. Overnight in Cairo. Welcome Drink

Day 02:

 Pyramids and / Sakkara After breakfast, follow your private tour guide to explore Giza Plateau where you will see the great Pyramids of Giza, the only surviving of the ancient seven wonders of the ancient world. Move on to visit the pyramids of Chephren and Mykerinos. Then continue across the plateau where you can have a photo of the three pyramids rising from the sands, with the Cairo skyline in the background. Then move on to the Sphinx that is considered the enigmatic symbol of Egypt for thousands of years. There is also an additional visit to the Solar Boat Museum housing the remarkably well preserved funerary boat of Khufu. Lunch will be served at a good quality local restaurant (vegetarian food available on request). The tour will be continued by visiting Memphis, the oldest capital in ancient Egypt. Then proceed to Sakkara where you will nd many pyramids, tombs, and mastabas including the Step Pyramid of King Djoser that was built by Imhotep, the genius architect who was later deied. Day 03:

 Cairo Sightseeing / Train to Aswan After breakfast at the hotel, you will start your tour to visit the Egyptian Museum located in famous Tahrir Square housing a magnicent collection of Pharaonic antiquities, especially the golden treasures of Tut Ankh Amun such as his mask and sarcophagus. The museum will be followed by going to Coptic Cairo “Old Cairo Zone” to visit the the Church of Abu Serga, Moallaqa Church (Hanging Church) and Ben Ezra Synagogue, the oldest Jewish synagogue in Egypt. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant (vegetarian food available on request). At night transfer to Giza train station to catch your sleeper train to Aswan. Dinner and Overnight inside your compartment at the Sleeper train. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 04:

 Arrival Aswan In the morning, you will arrive at Aswan, and then move on to check-in at your hotel. You will enjoy some free time relaxing or you can visit the Souk of Aswan. You can also choose an optional tour to Abu Simbel temples (dating back to the 13th century BC and they are two temples for Ramesses II and his wife, Nefertari, carved out of the mountainside). Overnight in Aswan. Meals: Breakfast

Day 05:

 Aswan Sightseeing After breakfast at your hotel in Aswan, you will be transferred to embark your Nile River Cruise. Before lunch, you will visit the High Dam that has had a signicant effect on the economy and culture of Egypt. Then move on to Philae Temple, dedicated to goddesses Isis and Hathor. Philae, and was dismantled and relocated to nearby Agilkia Island as part of the UNESCO Nubia Campaign project. Overnight in Aswan. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 06:

 Kom Ombo / Edfu After breakfast on board, arrive at Kom Omabo where you will visit Kom Ombo Temple dedicated the crocodile god Sobek and the falcon headed god Haeroris, and dating to the Ptolemies who built it on a high dune overlooking the Nile. Then sail to Edfu where you will visit the Temple of Edfu, the most preserved Greco-Roman temple all over Egypt and on its walls portrayed a “Play” shows the overcome of Horus over the devil god Seth. Lunch will be served on board. Then sail to Esna, and lunch will be served on board. Dinner and overnight on board your Nile Cruise. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 07:

 Luxor West Bank After breakfast on board, you will reach Luxor where you will visit the West Bank of Luxor including the Valley of the Kings, the royal cemetery for 62 Pharaohs dug into the limestone rocks including the tomb of the boy King Tut’s tomb. Then proceed to Hatshepsut Temple at El-Deir El-Bahary. Hatshepsut is the longest reigned female pharaoh over Egypt for almost 22 years. Then visit to the colossi of Memnon; the only remains of a complete mortuary temple. Lunch and dinner will be served on board, and then overnight on board your Nile Cruise. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 08:

 Luxor East Bank / Hurghada Disemark from the Nile Cruise after having breakfast, then start your tour visiting the impressive Karnak, a complex of temples built in different reigns and famous for the Hypostyle Hall with its 134 gigantic columns and the Obelisks of Queen Hatshepsut and Tutomosis I. Then move on to the impressive Luxor Temple whose construction started by Amenhotep III, while the entrance was built by Ramses II. In the afternoon, transfer to Hurghada on the Red Sea in a 03 hour and half drive. Overnight in Hurghada. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch /

Day 09:

Hurghada Vacation Have breakfast at the hotel in Hurghada. Then enjoy a day at leisure in Hurghada and enjoy many activities such as swimming, sailing, windsurng, deep-sea shing, diving, snorkeling, and different water sports as well as some other optional tours. Overnight in Hurghada. Meals: Breakfast

Day 10:

 Hurghada Vacation Breakfast at your hotel in Hurghada, and then enjoy a day at leisure in Hurghada and enjoy the different water sports as well as some other optional tours. Overnight in Hurghada Meals: Breakfast

Day 11:

 Hurghada – Cairo (398 km) After breakfast at your hotel in Hurghada, you will be transferred to the bus station where you take the rst class coach to Cairo in about 6-hour drive. Upon arrival at Cairo, transfer to your hotel in Cairo and overnight stay in your hotel Cairo. Meals: Breakfast

Day 12:

 Cairo – Fly Back Home Breakfast will be served at your hotel in Cairo. Then transfer you to Cairo International Airport for your nal departure. Meals: Breakfast
