Azerbaijan Take an exciting journey across all three states of the southern Caucasus. Beginning in the oil-rich Muslim nation of Azerbaijan on the shores of the Caspian Sea, While further inland these deserts make way for rich, green farmland, deep forests and the soaring Caucasus mountains. These mountains are home to the beautiful town of Sheki, the jewel in the crown of rural Azerbaijan

Day 01: Welcome to Baku

  • Assembly at Hotel Lobby. PROCEED TO PANORAMIC CITY VIEW :

Visit to Highland Park-Alley of Martyrs, The National Assembly- also transliterated as MilliMajlis, Flame towers-the tallest skyscraper in Baku.

Continue with National Flag Square is a large city square in Baku, Azerbaijan. A flag measuring 70 by 35 metres flies on a pole 162 m high. The flagpole was confirmed as the world's tallest by the Guinness Book of Records, but was soon overtaken by the 165 m Dushanbe Flagpole in Tajikistan Both flagpoles were built by the same American affiliated company, Trident Support. National Flag Square covers 60 hectares overall.

Walking through Baku Boulevard which stretches along a south-facing bay on the Caspian Sea. It traditionally starts at Freedom Square continuing west to the Old City and beyond. Since 2012, the Yeni Bulvar (New Boulevard) has virtually doubled the length to 3.75 km.

Day 02: OLD Baku

Our tour program starts with Old City or Inner City is the historical core of Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan. The Old City is the most ancient part of Baku, which is surrounded by walls were well protected. In 2007, the Old City had a population of about 3000 people. In December 2000, the Old City of Baku, including the Palace of the Shirvanshahs and Maiden Tower, became the first location in Azerbaijan to be classified as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

Day 03: Lahij

Lahij is a village and municipality on the southern slopes of Greater Caucasus within the Ismailli Rayon of Azerbaijan. Population is approximately 860 people who speak the Tat language. Lahij is a notable place in Azerbaijan, with its authentic handicrafts traditions, particularly related to copper. The village's carpet and rug crafts are also well known in Azerbaijan and the South Caucasus. Lahij has an old sewage system (some experts claim that it was built 1000 – 1500 years ago). Due to frequent earthquakes local people have developed sophisticated and authentic construction techniques (visiting of this place depends on weather condition

Day 04: Sheki Mysterias

Visit The Palace of Sheki Khan’s Palace in which was a summer residence of Shaki Khans. It was constructed in 1761-1762 as a summer residence of Hussein-khan Mushtad (grandson of Gadzhi Chelebi). The basic material for the Palace construction was raw bricks, river stones, plane trees and oaks. The most amazing is that not a single nail or glue drop was used for the construction! Everything is in place due to a special solution the formula of which was lost forever.

Caravanserai historical complex in Sheki is two magnificent caravanserai which reached present days and traditionally named “Yukhary” and “Ashaghy” caravanserai, which means “Upper” and “Lower” Caravanserai. Construction of these caravanserai is dated back to the 18th-19th centuries AD.

Day 05: Qakh Day Trip

Ilisu village the small, stone-built village of Ilisu is set in the beautiful Qaracay Valley, nicknamed Qax's 'mini-Switzerland'. It is located amid dense woods at the foot of the Caucasus mountains, under Mt. Ahvay, not far from the border with Dagestan (Russian Federation). The road itself is very scenic both for the landscape and for a 16th century bridge 2km out of the village itself. Ilisu is a small place, built around a single street who still remembers its glory days when it was the capital of an autonomous short-lived 18th century Khanate coveted by Russia.

Day 06: Qabala

Gabala (Qabala) is a small, but modern city of Azerbaijan which is respectfully called the Azerbaijanian Switzerland’ by people.

Tour to Tufandag: The area of the recreational-tourism is located about 4 km from Gabala region. Tufandag is now an excellent destination for active holiday makers and those seeking peace and quiet in winter as well as summer. Tufandag offers you the Longest cableway trip of the world - skiing in winter, training of skiing, different kind of entertainments.

Lunch Indian Restaurant

Qabala or Gabala is the most ancient city of Azerbaijan. The top provincial holiday centre of Azerbaijan, Gabala is considered a popular tourist destination due to the combination of a very good spring climate, mountainous landscape, and diverse fauna. One of the scenic highlight of Gabala is Yeddi Gozal Waterfall. The name means 'seven beauties' due to the seven stages of the falls. The waterfall, situated in woodlands west of Vandam, is climbed by thousands of people each year - the lower levels being accessible by stairways.

A few kilometres southeast of Qabala is one of Azerbaijan’s most beautiful spots. Nohur Lake is a manmade lake created after World War II to supply surrounding villages with water. Today it is a popular recreation spot consisting of a large tree-lined body of water reflecting the Greater Caucasus Mountains in its green-blue waters.

Day 07: Quba

Visiting Khinalig village. Khinalig is among the oldest continuously inhabited places in the world, with a history spanning over 5,000 years. Because of its high altitude and remoteness, Khinalug managed to survive and withstand many invasions. There are also some other historical places such as a 12th-century mosque, a 15th-century mosque, and several ancient cemeteries between the mountains. There are also many ancient holy caves of early humans.Some native people say that this land is linked to Noah, as legend relates that, having seen this flat highland, he then threw out the Ark's anchor and told everyone on board to disembark.

  • Continue with “Xurcun” dry fruits and sweets shop

After Baku mall drop off in Genclik Mall : - located in 10 minutes distance form city center with taxi. Genclik mall is the biggest Mall in Baku and contains over 80 stores, big bowling halls,the biggest movie halls, 3D cinema, Playground for children, Bravo supermarket, VIP restaurants, food courts
