9 Days Four Capitals Denmark

Day 01 :

Arrive Stockholm

Today you’ll arrive for the start of your Four Capitals Tour in Stockholm, Sweden, and transfer to a 4* hotel with rooftop spa.Clarion Amaranten.

Day 02 :

Stockholm

After your first buffet breakfast, tour Stockholm with your guide. Famous sights on the tour include the Royal Palace, the island of Djurgården, and the. Afternoon, the famous Wasa Museum available on request.Overnight stay at Clarion Amaranten.

Day 03 :

Stockholm - Helsinki

Tour Stockholm, known as the ‘Venice of the North’ for its many canals and waterways, on your own in the morning.Transfer to a luxurious cruise ferry of the Silja Line in the afternoon. Cruise to Helsinki, sailing slowly down the Stockholm archipelago past numerous small islands. Buffet dinner and accommodation (2-berth outside cabins with shower/WC) is on board. Choice of entertainment, shops, casino, and bars also on board.Outside Cabin

Day 04 :

Helsinki - Stockholm

Enjoy a buffet breakfast as you sail into Helsinki.Tour Helsinki, the capital of Finland, this morning with a guide. Famous sights include Senate Square, Uspenskij Cathedral. Afternoon is free to tour Helsinki’s bustling atmosphere and experience the third largest Nordic city in Scandinavia, located on the Baltic.Return by Silja Line overnight cruise to Stockholm, with accommodations on board.Outside Cabin

Day 05 :

Stockholm - Copenhagen

After a delicious Scandinavian buffet breakfast on board, arrive in Stockholm and continue your Four Capitals tour. After lunch, continue through the provinces of Småland and Skåne to the Swedish city of Malmö. Cross over Øresund Bridge and arrive in wonderful Copenhagen, the capital of Denmark, in the evening. Accommodations at a superior four-star hotel in the heart of the city.

Day 06 :

Copenhagen

Tour Copenhagen this morning with a guide.After your Breakfast at hotel.Your guide will take you for Copenhagen Canal Tour.And after having delicious lunch ,take rest.Then in the evening you will enjoy the Copenhagen Christmas Food Walking Tour.Tour Copenhagen’s rich culinary capital delights tonight on your own. Your tour escort will assist with recommendations and reservations if required.Overnight stay at Admiral Hotel.

Day 07 :

Copenhagen - Oslo

Enjoy a tasty Danish buffet breakfast and tour Copenhagen on your own this morning.In the afternoon, transfer to an outstanding overnight cruise to Oslo, Norway. Enjoy a delicious Scandinavian buffet dinner as you cruise gently up the Kattegat on your way to Oslo.You will enjoy the City Sightseeing Oslo Hop-On Hop-Off Tour and Kon-Tiki Museum Entrance Ticket .Overnihgt stay at Outside Cabin(Cruise).

Day 08 :

Oslo

Enjoy a Scandinavian buffet breakfast on board as you sail up the exciting Oslo Fjord.Tour Oslo, the capital of Norway, this morning with a guide and see the amazing Vigeland Sculpture Park, Vigeland Museum, and other famous Norway tour highlights. Afternoon is free to tour Oslo independently. Accommodations at a superior four-star hotel in the heart of Oslo.Overnight stay at Radisson BLU Plaza Hotel.

Day 09 :

Oslo Departure

Your Four Capitals tour ends today. Depart Norway after breakfast. Transfer to Oslo’s Gardermoen Airport included

• Airport pick up/ Drop off to hotel and vice versa
• Daily breakfasts
• Sightseeing and transfers as per itinerary
• English-speaking guide / driver
• 5N in 4* hotel including daily 3-course dinner (except on day 2 in Stockholm and day 6 in Copenhagen) and Scandinavian buffet breakfast
• Baltic Cruise Stockholm-Helsinki-Stockholm, incl. 2 nights in 2-berth outside cabins with shower/WC, 2 dinners and 2 buffet breakfasts.
• Overnight cruise Copenhagen-Oslo, including accommodation in 2-berth outside cabins with shower/WC, buffet dinner and buffet breakfast.

 Exclusion

• Any airfares + VISA fees
• Early check-in & Late check-out
• Personal expenses of any kind like laundry, SIM cards, and charges in the hotel for any additional services will be excluded
• International and local airport taxes

• 3.50 % GST will be extra.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

• Date of booking to 30 days the cancellation charges will be 25% of the tour cost.
• 30 to 15 days - the cancellation charges will be 50% of the tour cost.
• 15 to 7 days - the cancellation charges will be 75% of the tour cost.
• Less than 7 days - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.
• No show - Total amount will be forfeited and no refund shall be given.

Cancellation Policy is subject to change. It's purely depends upon the cancellation policy of respective hotels. In Peak seasons, Some hotels may charge 100% cancellation. Refunds normally take 10 working days after the cancellation request has been raised & transferred electronically to your bank account.
