Day 01: Arrival Vilnius: (Airport to City Center, 15 Minutes Drive)

• Orientation tour of the Old Town, which includes Vilnius Cathedral, Gediminas Tower, Peter and Paul Church, St. Anne’s Church, Old University, and the Gates of Dawn. Then we visit Trakai Island Castle – an island castle on Lake Galve.

Day 02: Vilnius

• Breakfast
• After breakfast, proceed for 8-hour Kaunas & Rumsiskes Open Air Museum sightseeing tour, English speaking guide, transfers, entry ticket to Kaunas Castle, entry ticket to Rumsiskes Open Air Museum.

Day 03: Vilnius to Riga (03hrs 45min, 295kms)

• Proceed to Riga. En-route we visit Rundale Palace – The Versailles of Latvia.

Day 04: Riga

• Today we visit Latvian Ethnographic Open Air Museum – one of the largest and oldest open air museum. Later we visit Freedom Monument - memorial honoring soldiers killed during the Latvian War of Independence, followed by walking city orientation tour of Riga which includes Town Hall, Swedish Gate, Cat house and Statue of Roland

Day 05: Riga - Parnu(2hrs 25min, 182kms) - Tallinn (1hr 47min, 126kms)

• After breakast, Check out from hotel and proceed to Tallinn through the coastal area of Parnu, photo stop, enroute Gauja National Park.

Day 06: Tallinn

• Breakfast
• After breakfast, proceed for Tallinn City Tour. Today we visit the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral followed by walking city orientation tour which includes Old Town, Parliament building, Dome church, Toompea Hill. We further Explore the beautifully preserved streets of the old Hanseatic Quarter and 15th century Luhike Jalg Gate.
• Explore the Harbour & Balti Jaama Market
• A great way to spend your second day in Tallinn is to explore the many attractions that can be found along, north of the Old Town including Patarei Prison, the Seaplane Harbour & Linnahall. In fact, there is a lovely path along the harbour that will take you past these three attractions!
• The Seaplane Harbour Museum in Tallinn is a particularly good option if you’re travelling with children, however, is also a great place to visit for people of all ages! The museum, which is located in an old Seaplane Hanger, contains exhibits on Estonia’s maritime history; while on the harbour there are a number of ships that can be boarded and explored!
• From the Seaplane Harbour, it is only a short walk to Patarei Prison. The prison was originally built as a fortress in the 19th century but gained notoriety when it started to be used as a prison during Soviet times from 1920. It housed prisoners until the beginning of the 21st century and has since been abandoned.

 

Day 07: Tallinn – Return/Onward
